Breakfast low-carb Shake
4 servings (about 1 cup each)
1 large banana, cut into chunks
1 cup sugar-free cranberry juice
1 cup reduced-fat milk
1 cup halved strawberries
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 ice cubes
1. Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Variation:
Orange-Cantaloupe Cooler—Make recipe as above, substituting 2 cups cubed cantaloupe for the banana and strawberries,
and orange juice for the cranberry juice.
