Tofruity low carb easy recipe
4 servings (about 1 cup each)
1/2 package (14-ounce size) light silken tofu, drained
1 cup cubed, peeled, and pitted mango
1 cup raspberries, or halved strawberries
1 cup orange juice
3 4 ice cubes
1. Process all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
Variation:
Pink Passion Smoothie Make recipe as above, substituting watermelon for the mango, strawberries for the raspberries,
and cranberry juice for the orange juice.
